Charity Partner Portal
After creating an account with ekarda (and your account has been approved) you can login to your Partner Portal where you can view statistics and commissions on all your sales as well as download marketing collateral and more. Read on below to learn more.
Co-branded interface
Co-branded interfaceEach of our NFPs have a co-branded interface – so when supporters of your organization sign-up and login to send ecards – they immediately see your brand – on every page of ekarda. eCards sent via ekarda also display your logo in the footer of the eCard.
Custom Card Designs
Custom Card DesignsEach of our NFP Partners can supply artwork for up-to 10 eCard designs so that the charitable message of our partners is clearly obvious to supporters. If you have artwork for particular campaigns or causes that you want made into eCards – send it to us and we will create custom eCards designs to further enhance your branding. Once created – the eCArds will then be available to your supporters to send out to their contacts.
Marketing Collateral
Marketing CollateralAt ekarda we provide our NFPs and Charity partners with advertising banners for campaigns throughout the year – such as Easter, Birthdays and Christmas – allowing our partners year round income generation possibilities. The banners can be used on websites and email campaigns and when clicked.
Custom URL
Custom URLEach ekarda Charity Partner receives a custom URL which is used to so supporters can create an account in support of their organisation. Your url will look something like this: my.ekarda.com/yourcharityname and will be available to you immediately after sign-up and approval.
View Sales LIVE
View Sales LIVEEach ekarda Charity Partner sale is recorded in your Partner Portal. You can see the total for each sale along with the commission earned the date, and the company name and contact details of each supporter.
Payments
PaymentsPayments of commissions greater than $500 are paid to our Charity Partners each February and August. Any amount under $500 remains in your account until you have reached the $500 minimum payment amount.
