What are credits?
Credits allow you to send eCards.
Interactive cards cost two credits per recipient.
All other cards cost one credit per recipient.
What are senders?
If multiple members of your team need to be able to send their own eCards, you’ll need to purchase senders. Senders share credits from your account. You receive 2 free senders with your account.
Do credits expire?
Credits expire 9 months after the date of purchase. We’ll send you an email before your credits expire.
Do senders expire?
Senders never expire.
What currency will I pay in?
Pricing in US dollars. If you are paying in a currency other than US dollars, PayPal will convert the amount you pay to the currency of your Country. Note: PayPal accepts a limited number of currencies.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact ekarda within 7 days of purchasing your credits for a refund of your unused credits.
Can I purchase a customized eCard?
Yes! If you don’t find what you’re looking for in our extensive eCard Collections, we’d be more than happy to design a custom eCard for you. Contact us for a custom eCard design quote.
Will I be notified when my credits run out?
Yes, you will be advised when your credits run out. Your campaigns will be paused and will require restarting so it’s a good idea to ensure that you always have sufficient credits for your campaigns.
Do you retain my credit card details?
No. We do not retain credit card details. All transactions are securely processed by PayPal.
